These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bradley’s Dumpster Service website and the dumpster rental services provided by Bradley’s Dumpster Service (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, using our website, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

Rental Agreement

When you book a dumpster through our website, by phone, or in person, you enter into a rental agreement with Bradley’s Dumpster Service. The rental period, pricing, weight allowance, and delivery details are confirmed at the time of booking. Your booking confirmation serves as your rental agreement.

Rental Period and Pricing

Each rental includes a base period of 1 to 10 days. Pricing is as follows:

• 12 Yard Roll-Off — $350, includes 1.5 tons
• 15 Yard Roll-Off — $375, includes 1.5 tons
• 17 Yard Trailer — $400, includes 1.5 tons
• 20 Yard Roll-Off — $425, includes 2 tons

Additional days beyond the included rental period are charged at $10 per day. Weight overages are billed at $90 per ton. A swap-out fee of $75 applies if you require the container to be exchanged before the end of your rental period.

Delivery and Placement

We deliver roll-off dumpsters Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We do not deliver on weekends. Delivery is available within 50 miles of Waynesboro, VA. A mileage fee of $3.00 per mile applies for addresses beyond 30 miles from Waynesboro.

You are responsible for ensuring adequate access to the delivery location, including clearance for our truck and a level surface for the container. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, landscaping, or underground utilities at the delivery site. We recommend placing plywood or boards under the container to protect sensitive surfaces.

Acceptable Materials

You may place general household junk, furniture, appliances, construction debris, roofing shingles, drywall, lumber, and yard waste in the dumpster. All materials must remain within the container walls and below the top rim at all times.

Prohibited Materials

The following items are strictly not permitted in any dumpster:

• Hazardous materials, chemicals, solvents, or flammable liquids
• Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
• Medical or biohazard waste
• Sewage, sludge, or liquid waste
• Fluorescent bulbs or ballasts
• Batteries (automotive or industrial)
• Paints, stains, or varnishes in liquid form
• Any material prohibited by local, state, or federal law

If prohibited materials are discovered in the container, you will be responsible for all additional disposal costs, remediation fees, and any fines or penalties imposed by regulatory agencies. We reserve the right to refuse pickup of any dumpster containing prohibited items.

Weight Limits and Overloading

You agree not to fill the container above the top rim. Overloaded dumpsters cannot be legally transported and may require a partial offload before we can retrieve the container. Any additional trips or labor required as a result of overloading will be billed at our standard rates. Weight overages beyond the included tonnage are billed at $90 per ton.

Swap-Out Policy

If you need a dumpster swapped out before the end of your rental period, a $75 swap-out fee applies. Contact us to arrange a swap and we will confirm availability and scheduling before proceeding.

Cancellation

You may cancel your reservation at no charge if you notify us before the dumpster has been dispatched for delivery. Once the container has left our facility, the full rental fee applies. To cancel or reschedule, call (540) 356-3867 as soon as possible, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Liability and Property Damage

Bradley’s Dumpster Service is not responsible for damage to driveways, pavement, curbs, lawns, landscaping, irrigation systems, septic systems, or underground utilities caused by the delivery, placement, or removal of a dumpster. By scheduling a delivery, you confirm that the placement area is suitable for a heavy container and that you accept responsibility for any surface damage that may occur.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bradley’s Dumpster Service, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our dumpsters or services, including but not limited to injury to persons or damage to property resulting from the placement or use of a rental container on your premises.

Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Bradley’s Dumpster Service and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our written permission. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, but we do not guarantee that all content is free of errors.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Augusta County, Virginia.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
